Our NIM Culture Café consists of a series of casual get-togethers at Ta Detta, our social hub located at the beautiful Valletta Waterfront easily recognizable by a plaquette bearing our logo on the wall next to the entrance.

The main aim of the Culture Café is using culture to create a bridge to interconnect different cultures. This will happen via many topics; music, art, dance, food. These events will be very informal interactive conversations.

Some events will be daytime, in the morning or afternoon, so that people will be able to meet and get to know each other over a cup of tea or coffee, which can be purchased at Ta’ Detta at an affordable cost.

The main language of communication will be English, but other languages will be welcome as well.

Led by Professor Immanuel Mifsud, the event will feature the acclaimed writer sharing selections from his works. He will also engage with the audience in a discussion on the enduring relevance of these poignant themes in today’s world.
