From Plate to Purpose: Food Waste Awareness and Multicultural Culinary Sustainability
Food waste is the 3rd biggest contributor affecting climate change! In Malta alone, each person generates over 60 kg of food waste annually, while simultaneously, 793 million people suffer from undernourishment.
Multicultural Zero Waste Cooking Workshop
This hands on workshop will be the culmination of our “From Plate to Purpose: Food Waste Awareness and Multicultural Culinary Sustainability” campaign, part of this year’s European Sustainable Development Week.

Creating a sustainable environment free from barriers that divide
