NWAMI International Malta (NIM) is proud to launch our new campaign, “From Plate to Purpose: Food Waste Awareness and Multicultural Culinary Sustainability”. This campaign is our contribution to this year’s European Sustianable Development week, which aims to support activities that promote sustinable development and promote them.
Explore the impact of food waste on climate change and how different cultures’ approach to food can help spark ideas to minimise waste and combat hunger. This will culminate in a Multicultural Minimum Waste Cooking Workshop, taking place on 5 October.
