Renowned food scientist & chocolatier Àmer Wahoud, the visionary behind Sunday in Scotland, will guide us through a unique chocolate-tasting experience and share his journey of reinventing the chocolate experience with his exquisite artisan creations. Together with Àmer Wahoud we will explore chocolate’s extraordinary role in connecting diverse traditions and societies throughout history.
